Fried Urchin Tempura - If you're strapped for time, this is the food for you! Crack
and take the flesh of the urchin out, washing it generously so all impurities are gone. Pat dry, then batter
it up in milk, whilst making a dry batter of wheet, ash spices, and sugar. Dip the wet urchin meat in the
dry batter until it is covered, then fry for 5-12 minutes in rattle oil. Don't be afraid to douse it in some
venom afterwards! Enjoy!
