When heat is applied, Panflowers secrete a sweet jam substance that can be used in a variety of dishes. This jam is bitter out of the flower, but when simmered and cooked it gets sweeter and sweeter. The longer you cook it the sweeter it gets, though there is a threshold it can reach before it can go bad and get extremely sour. To cook it to just the right temperature and time to get the exact sweetness you need without ruining it is an aquired skill.

Similar to bogchews, these are a sweet and sour substance, mainly sour, found within the tidepools of Nautil. They reside in slightly less salty waters and instead grow in more tropical parts of the reigon, meaning this plant can definitely stand a bit of heat. Rattle Oil is extracted from rattlers and helps us cook and fry a variety of things. One of the universe's sole sources of oil comes from these snakes, so it is very important not to kill it unless it is extremely old and cannot produce much anymore. 

Despite the name, it is completely safe to consume. The Venom often boils or cooks down in dishes, and adds on a rich flavor similar to what wine would- Isopups cannot synthesize alcohol in any form, so even if it were alcoholic, no one would be able to tell. 

Rattle tails are pulled off of a similar species of armless lizard, and covered in candy to make treats. They are popular amongst the kids due to their crunch and sweetness, finding a perfect balance between savory and sweet.

Taken from Spiruflies, the dust is both pretty and able to be eaten. It doesn't have much nutritional value desite that. Spiruflies are invasive and is highly encouraged to kill and harvest them when you see them, especially during early mating seasons for them. 

Though similar to bumbles but not quite, Sweet Bees are actually a type of hummingbird. They are called sweet bee due to their coloration and constant coat of pollen around its legs, to make it look like such. They store tons of pollen and nectar inside a tummy pouch which distends as it gets better and bigger. Sometimes, these guys can pop and it's not good... a safer way to help them from gourging is to drain them of their honey. This can be done with a tickle or a little poke to the stomach, but the bird usually secretes it through its feathers, down into basins, and eventually are let go when they are skinny enough to live in the wild once more.

But in all seriousness, Flouwheet is a stardust kissed flour often grown on Verdara. Similar to Rainbow Sugar, it gets its coloration due to the amount of stardust it uses as sunlight instead of normal.

Yeast, yeast, yeast! Need it for everything, especially for things like bread that are an essential on Kinectros. Bread is a staple almost everywhere due to how easy it is to make and how it can be stored. Fresh bread from anywhere requires yeast. While they don't have stable sources of yeast in Kinectros, they engineer it to last in the harsh conditions of space.

The unnatural amount of stardusts this species of sugarcane is exactly what makes it an amazing contender for agriculture. It grows even in moonlight, and doesn't take much to ripen. After it does, you can wait a whopping two weeks before even taking it from the ground. It creates an off-white sugar filled with glamorous pearlescent tones.

Cocoa-Water is also extracted from the cocoa-nut, this time from the inside. the insides are comprised of a chocolately thick mixture, and when mixed with water and cocoa-nut fruit pulp, you can make a chocolate milk substitute. Vegan and delicious!

Processed bark from cocoa-nuts, ground up and made into a coconut-bark spice. Often applied to meals like porridge and oatmeal. Not much to say here.

Nutty Milk is mainly comprised of, you guessed it, nuts! Harvested from the savynuts, a milk can be harvested. The flavor of the milk and the nut, however, are heavily dependant on the shape they form in.
