Toad-Fruit are a sour citrus-like fruit that grow on trees. They are low-hanging and more-so grow on low shrubs and bushes near rivers on Nautil. The sunlight and excess salt water helps it cultivate into a sour-sweet fruit that is often used in many meals to give it some taste. Nautil prides itself on its saltier and more unique flavors, and it can often be seen as a staple in any meal.  Still, it can be very refreshing to turn it into Froggy Lemonade, or using it top off otherwise bland dishes.

Bogchews are a Nautilian specialty, less-so because of how much they like it and moreso due to how much it spreads. The strange hot-dog looking plant grows anywhere water touches at least up to two feet, and it grows fast. Children often chew on these as sweet treats, or can be found being cooked down into something even sweeter.

Panleaves are lily-pad like plants found almost everywhere over Nautil. Though in base form not the sweetest, once cooked can be a very tooth-rotting meal. Isopups make these flavorless panleafs into something mimicing a pancake, and can even be processed into very yummy jams used to fill or flavor various things. It's not advised to eat a raw panleaf, as they don't taste very good and don't have much nutritional value when not at the very least, steamed. 

Seafoam rice is a Nautil staple, grown in salt-water with no-till and terraforming agriculture. Farmers make sure to plant the rice around and near their homes without destroying any of the amtural ecosystem services. This is so they can grow rice whilst also not affect important things, like fish migration. Seafoam rice has a natural salty flavor even when cooked, but is easily balanced out when not cooked alone. Still, if you are poor or otherwise have a hard time feeding yourself, Seafoam rice is a cheap yet filling way to help.

Lovely Oysters get their name due to their color and shape. Though they spoil fast and are unable to be exported to other places unlike other ingredients, they are one of the tasiest seafood dishes Nautil may have to offer. It's a bit expensive because of this, but that doesn't make it a bad investment or treat for yourself. The savory tastes can make any Isopup feel better.

Soaring Fish are a cheap, abundant source of fish found in deeper parts of the seas in Nautil. They use their fins to flap and fly in the air alongside the planet's gravitational pull and its water, making them somewhat hard to catch if not for their abundant numbers and clumsiness. They travel in glimmering schools and more often than not, one can see them flying throughout the skies of Nautil. 

Not often eaten without reason, Trident Meat is a hard catch. Even the most skilled of fisherman have issues catching more than a few hundred pounds for the entirety of the universe. It is not that the fish are endangered, rather they are too fast of swimmers for most ships to combat. Once harvested, the meat can make a rather delectable and filling meal.

Guzzers are an exspecially spixy sort of pepper found on Scorvia. Though not much grows there, some plants evolved to adapt to the planet's heat and other conditions such as lack of water and more. They are extremely spicy, as it is a last defense measure to deter from being eaten on an already extremely barren planet where it is hard to grow. If you can withstand the heat, then you will expeirence a new level of spice.

Somewhat equivalent to onions, sharlots have been used for a long time for a vairty of more hearty Isopup dishes, and can be used to supplement nutrition or space in a meal that otherwise might be small or lack something. They have a peppery afterkick, though not nearly as much as the other foods on Scorvia. Kids tend to be picky to sharlots for those reasons, however.

Coffee runs the world, and that is especially true for Scorvians. Coffee is such a stable for them, that they genetically modified a species of it to grow wildly and naturally over the volcano walls. The coffee-beans are extremely resistant to hest, and instead of burning up and turning into ash, the heat of volcano cooks and dries the beans over a long period of time, develop long and intense flavors despite only roasting for about s week after maturity.

Lots of ground powders and herbs come from Scoriva, and mediginger is no exception. Its name is straight forward - ginger with exceptional healing properties. Often, it is sought out all through the galaxy to help with basic injuries and illnesses, as serious as fever medicine to as little as a natural ointment. Mediginger has a lot of uses!

It's often taboo to take the meat of a lava goat unless it is no longer producing and otherwise is unable to keep up with the herd. It is mandatory to make sure none of it goes to waste and each part of the goat is respected throughout its consumption. It is customary to make a sort of curry out of it when the misfortune does befall you. 

Gecko tails actually come from a cousin of ground lizards, as they can grow their tails back as expotentially high rates that doesn't affect them due to Scorvia's heat.  What we're left with is a small portion of gooey meat that can be cooked down and utilized in a lot of ways.

Not much can be found on Lithor, as it is quite literally a rock bottom. What can be found are a variety of bugs that live inside the caves. Oftentimes so many are nesting its impossible to get any work done, and people will collect and tie them up into bags. These bags, though can be viewed as disgusting, are filled with hundreds of grams of precious protein these pups need to keep going, and when mixed with spices, can make a damn good meal. 

No part of the rattle-snake goes missing, no matter how cute it may be! Meat is harvested from the snake and make into thin fillets. They are used alongside spider-meat as the main meats on Lithor, as there is not much more selection.

Savocoals are an edible kind of rock that are a Lithor staple. They do not taste good without heat applied but are able to be eaten raw. As it is cooked, the smoky and natural flavors of the rocks begin to stir and add flavor to anything it may with cooking under or together with. People love it due to how easy it is to make a meal that tastes like you grilled it yourself.

Enemoss is a species of moss with healing powers, due to the microbes that live in it. It grows anywhere with exceptional humidity, and doesn't spread too much from its original spot despite its objective as a plant to do so. 

Surprise, Surpise, it has medicinal abilities due to the microbes within the cave water. It's sought out throughout the universe and makes for amazing, refreshing flavor. It always tasted the best in something simple that can really bring out the water flavors, like tea.

Goobeetles are a bit nasty on the outside but sweet on the inside, resembling a caramle drizzle. They can be used to top off sweets or even meals if your sweet tooth can handle it.

Despite their size and the lack of proper limbs, these guys know how to get around Carapex. With hundreds of small tunneling worm systems, these worms are one of the biggest pollintors found within the buggy land. There's thousands of kinds of worms, but pudgy worms are noted for their ability to be harvested and turned into meat.
