Waxy Thread

Despite the quality of the string itself, it is not very stretchy. In return, it is covered in a thin film of wax that gives the string a bit of a fire-proof aspect. More often than not, clothes that burn that have been threaded with this string often leave it behind- it is extremely strong and may be reused in a lot of places. Often, a family string is passed down from generation to generation, used in some form until it is passed down to the next of kin.
