Obsidian Necklace

One of Scorvia's most important cultural traditions are the making of the Obsidian Necklace. It signifies coming of age within Scorvian culture, and is a special treasure. Many Isopups keep it on their person or within their homes. Each Obsidian Necklace is unique, as Isopups are told to fetch these rocks from around volcanoes, and no two rocks are exactly the same. It is said if two necklaces have a rock that fits with another, those two will be in each others lives for as long as they live.
