ISO-1501: Cillia

She is fairly serious, but puts on a goofy air to try and cheer others up. Is part of a small band of post-pups who fly around the shattered planet. They deliver mail to try and keep pups who can't fly connected.

Cillia likes to bake during her off time. She doesn't get access to a lot of sweets, so she usually makes breads and such and oh god why did this text become huge while I'm typing aaaaaaaa
